Returns & Exchanges

At Hosanna Revival, we want you to love every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you; simply print it out and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-10 business days.
